Hello,
I was told that I need to begin burning one database table to a CD. How do I go about doing this?

You will need to export to another location such as another db, access db, excel or text file. You cannot just backup one table out of a database without backing up the whole DB unless you export a copy somewhere to work with.

Thank you for your response. I figured that I needed to export, but I was told that the table could be burned itself.

Unfortunately as long as the table is part of the database file you cannot burn just it to disk. It will have to be copied to another file. If you need to do this on a regular occasion then consider using BCP or DTS, something you can schedule to have exported for you.
