I'm trying to get the dev teams i work with to engage with the Sql community.
some of that involves getting them to think like a dba (or Sql dev). We have regular team meetings and we present a new thing each month......
but from the dba side of things, what would you wish your c#/mvc/netops would take time to master and write an article about?
i want to encourage people to contribute, rather than say "that's the dba's problem"
