And another important aspect: should I use info from all 3 stores that is common and draw certain benefits from that or

look at what each of them has that the other one does not have?

(in a scenario, for example, of troubleshooting an incident of an SP hanging for 2 hours in production when its normal runtime is 20 minutes).

You can combine the data. There are going to be differences. Each tool measures slightly different things in slightly different ways. You will see near parity on them though. I actually compared them on several metrics and have a blog post on it. However, you should see mechanisms like the plan hash or query hash that lets you combine stuff. The hash values are the same across all the different tools. IDs & other stuff are utterly different.
