Is there slanting labels in X axis in the chart is possible in SSRS?

I don't think that this can be done in 2005. However, the charts are much better in 2008 and it may be possible in the new version.

Hi, maybe you can try RAQ Report to realize what you want.
As I know, it provides many useful charts for users. At the same time, developers can set the properties of charts all by themselves.
