Hi All,

Hopefully someone may know the answer to this - it's not something I seen mentioned anywhere before:

If you have 2 physical servers each with 3 instances and want to replicate multiple databases on each server. how many end mirroring end points can you can configure?

For the first mirror on instance 1 we are using the default port: 5022.

on the second instance we are using port: 5023

On the third instance logically we would use 5024 and so on.....

Is there a limit to the number of mirroring instances that we can setup ?

Also, for each instance do you need to configure a seperate witness server instance??
