On the subject of naming - I'd suggest renaming the article. Without getting into the question of naming objects within the database, the article is NOT about database design. A real weakness in the SQL Server workforce is ignorance that there even is such a thing as database design - rather than throwing together a few tables and procs.
If I thought the average SQL Server adm or dev understood that, I wouldn't point it out; but anything to make it clear that there is both art and science to design, that requires knowledge of the many years of research and work that has brought us these powerful engines we now have.
