Hello Guys, how are you all?

I'm having a little trouble with the set up of ssrs2014 express edition with my windows 8.1, and can't seen to fix it...
I need to make a demo for a future project of mine, thats why i'm using this set up.

My problem is, i can't access the reporting service due to "user-pc\user don't have the necessary permission....", and I can't even deploy reports due to the same error.

I've already tried to set UAC off, and also use internal administrator account, but i had no success.

Please, can someone help me, since I can't find a way to set permissions in windows 8.1.

Ohh and I have tried looking for permission in "God mode" but no use...

Thank you very much.

Have you tried right mouse clicking and selecting run as Administrator on your IE shortcut?

Hey!

yes i did.
Even if with UAC deactivated we don't need. but i did Smile

Well anyway.. i found another solution to this problem, wich is creating several directories for each "kind o example" that I need to show and giving it access rights per user, at http://localhost/Reports.

Its really not what i wanted but will do.

Thank you very much.
