Hi.
I have some cases here.
I restored a database from SQL Server 2000 to SQL Server 2005.
I allocated max memory in SQL Server 2005 with the same value in SQL Server 2000.
Here are my question:
- Is there any differences in memory usage between SQL Server 2005 & SQL Server 2000? I mean, for the same exact database and application, the performance in SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 2005 are same or not?
- Is there any specific settings that I must set in SQL Server 2005 when migrating database from SQL Server 2000 to SQL Server 2005?

Many thanks for the answer Smile
