All:

I am a newbie to networking and SQLSEREVER.
I have installed SQLExpress 2008 on my laptop and I am not connected (wired or wireless).
I would like to access it using a link like http://localhost:1433/SQLEXPRESS.
I am not able to make it work.

Why I need this:
------------------------------------------
My plan is to connect JIRA to SQLEXPRESS and the JIRA setup is looking for a link
like http://localhost:1433/SQLEXPRESS to connect to SQLEXPRESS.
----------------------------

My settings:
---------------------------------------
TCP/IP enabled( IpAddresse/IPAll : TCP Dynamic Port <empty>, TCP PORT : 1433)
The services SQLSERVER and SQLBRowser are both running.
-------------------------

Is there anything else I should be doing.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for your help.
