PLease Suggest the ways to Deploy Packages For Different Environments (UAT/SATPROD)

Manifest and DTUTIL is used.Kindly request you to provide best solution to Deploy packages

can you add a bit more info?
Are you looking to automate the deploys via command line dtutil? Or is this a package config issue? what type of configs are you using for your connection managers? .....
