Can anyone help me with the query please..??

I just wanted to know if i can establish the link server from my Oracle database to Unisys DMS II database? If yes, please help me with the procedure. Just to let you know, i am not from development background...

Most probably using Oracle's Heterogenous Services - I would research the particular on Metalink, eventurally open a SR with Oracle.
Having said that, this is something you may want to post in an Oracle forum.
