How to hide a row in a tablix dependent on a row cell value but include that record in the group totals in SSRS 2008

I need to build a report to only show rows where one column value is greater than zero, but in the group total row, show the totals for both those which have non-zero and zero values in that one particular column.

Is this possible please? Filtering removes the zero-valued column rows from the group totals as well.
