On the Reporting Services server I can view properties on folders and reports using SSMS and I can also use the Report Manager web interface to see the same thing using IE on the same server. This does not seem to be entirely true. What circumstances would cause an individual to appear on the web page security properties but not be listed in SSMS for the same folder or report?

I'm trying to document who has what folder and report permissions as things have got a little out of control, but I don't know which is telling the truth. Can anyone help?
