One question though -

Can we monitor the progress of the QUERY?

I mean, if the query usually takes ~5 minutes to be completed, can I use the same query you've mentioned, with out the specific WHERE clause which limit the results to backup/restore operations, and receive the progress of the query ? or when it will finish running ?
