This script only works for owners that are specifically listed in syslogins. However, you can easily have the case, for example, where the owner of a job is a network user who has privileges through an Active Directory group, but is not individually set up as a Login.

The script can still help by using a LEFT OUTER JOIN and then the ones that show up with a NULL Jobowner are the ones that need checking manually.
