It probably actually needs to be:
where (finalcalledpartynumber = ('386') OR callingPartyNumber = ('386'))
AND dateTimeOrigination >= @StartInt
AND dateTimeOrigination<= @EndInt
Without the parentheses around the party numbers, it won't use the second half of the Where clause correctly.
