    two of the formats are pretty close, so by combining them you can get exactly what you want:

    declare @date datetime

    set @date=getdate()

    SELECT CONVERT(VARCHAR,@date,111) + ' ' + LEFT(CONVERT(VARCHAR,@date,114),5)
