    I modified it to have includes.

    Additionally will create composite index columns in the correct sequence, I found that your original query worked well, however the sequence that composite indexes added the columns in was incorrect.

    e.g.

    existing index would look like this ->

    CREATE INDEX ix_123 on

    ([COL1], [COL2], [COL3][)

    however the output would look like this ->

    CREATE INDEX ix_123 on

    ([COL2], [COL1], [COL3])
