Database 'mssqlsystemresource' does not exist. Make sure that the name is entered correctly.

and..

SELECT id, name FROM master.sys.sysdbreg

Msg 208, Level 16, State 1, Line 2

Invalid object name 'master.sys.sysdbreg'.
