Is the sequence number arbitrary? If so, why not make it an IDENTITY(1,1) field in the destination table and then SQL Server will take care of the numbering for you.
If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.
