It could work, but IMHO, it's a bad move. At least to move everything. You could move some stuff, but I'd like someone nearby I could call in a pinch. There are always going to be times when you need someone onsite. Internet issues, ISP down, etc.

Outsourcing is always a hard decision, and I think too often people look at short term dollars and don't really think it through.
