My Question: for example: if you have a database which is static like northwind which is never going to change a lot. So when you run DBCC CHECKDB on northwind, command is still going to use tempdb? Because in books online it says that When there is lots of activities on the system at that time DBCC CHECKDB uses tempdb. Pls correct me if I am wrong.

Pls do reply to clear my doubts.
