SQl 2005 management (SP2) studio has 'ANSI text' option..

in object explorer.. right-click a database -> Tasks->Generate Scripts->select database->choose options->choose object type->choose object->

'Script to File'

Save as:

'unicode text'

'ansi text'

(choose ansi) here
