    Didn't execute for me with either

    SET QUOTED_IDENTIFIER OFF

    or

    SET QUOTED_IDENTIFIER ON

    No good reason to use double quotes in this stored proc.

    "SET QUOTED_IDENTIFIER OFF" works fine for me. What error do you get now?
