Very good, to-the-point article.  I'm working on a DW project now and it's good to be reminded of some of the issues we will be facing or already have faced.

One thing to point out is that a DW project is reverse of a normal project.  Basically we need to deliver something first, then go back and figure out all of the requirements... very incremental process as Joseph pointed out.  This is because the users will not know their requirements when you start... they may think they do but once you deliver some data for them to work with they will always change their minds.
