    Hi all, I'm sorry for the late response.

    I have tried to start instance in single user mode (the -m in configuration manager startup parameters)
    But it still yields the same issue

    IIS is interfereing with SQL Server installation ? Could you see a line above in the error log ?

    Reason for failure: An error occurred for a dependency of the feature causing the setup process for the feature to fail.

    Please check any parallel installation happens that is preventing SQL server to get installed?
