I assume you mean that you want the recipient to be dynamic based on something? This is achievable. with SSRS.

Don't quote me on it, but I believe it's a feature of Data Derived Subscriptions, however, that's only available on on Enterprise edition. You can, however, achieve similar results using your own SQL to do the task for you; I use this technique to change the parameters, and save locations dynamically for files.
