    I have been working as DBA for 3 years and I want to get MCDBA certificate.

    The MCDBA is an older cert. It was for SQL 2000 and most of the core exams have either been retired or are being retired next month.See here for certs and exams - http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/certifications.mspx

    Dear Gila
    Since you are a certified master in SQL Server id like to ask about MCSA
    I have been working as a DBA for quite some time now and want to get certified as i believe it will help me refresh my knowledge as i am also an Oracle DBA.
    Which MCSA would you recommend? Take the MCSA 2012/2014 or wait for the 2016 exams to come out officially?
    I believe its better to do the 2012/14 now and in the future look at 2016
    What do you think?
