Is this in the Configuration Tool? If so, you will only see the Performance Collectors there. The collector reads from the XML configuration file to gather the data from the other servers and store it in a local file.

If you open the text file you'll see

a) a list of computers that data is being collected from

b) a list of counters being collected

Below this is the actual performance data.
