However, the # of jobs in India is quite few or may be most of them are internal references and the position criteria gets fulfilled so the rack is closed. Even on job portals I see very few companies that are big mnc's apart from that mostly are start up companies they have tie ups with. Its difficult to find a good recruiter but I am planning to do search for recruiters in Bombay. I might not be able to go and meet them in person though but could chat over a phone or may be meet them once when I am there at my native place. I hope I get a decent job with good pay, and more than that where there are learning opportunities wherein I am learning something new if not each day.
