You could make this even simpler by providing a default to HoursStarted.
create procedure GetSomeData
(
@HoursStarted int = 15
) as
Select [Columns]
from Production
where HourWorked > @HoursStated
So now if the user wants "All" just pass in NULL for @HoursStarted. 😉
