    Hi All,

    1) Where to see the reason for the failure of replication?

    In the Management Console -> "Monitoring" tab -> highlight the subscription -> Select the "Events" button -> then "Retrieve Events"

    2) Where can we see the reason for why the subscription is inactive?

    In the Management Console -> "Monitoring" tab -> highlight the subscription -> Select the "Events" button -> then "Retrieve Events"

    3) What might be the possible cause for the failure of subscriptions?

    The Event log will give you the error information. With that we can figure out what is wrong.

    4) What steps do we need to take to debug the subscription.

    Start with the Events. After that, you can always turn on the trace. But, normally you will send the trace output to IBM, unless you know exactly what you are looking for in the trace.

    Also i can hardly find any trainers in the market for this.

    Please help me on the above and it would be great if anyone can train/support me.

    The best trainer I have found is the manuals and an test environment that I can play in. But then that is what I say about everything.... give me the book and let me play.

    If you post the event information, I will take a look and see what I can find. There are normally 1-3 messages where the "error" event is that will tell you exactly what is wrong. How to fix the issue may not be as obvious as what causes the error.
