I am new to SQL Server, I just want know how MNC company uses SSIS, Is there any tool to Create Packages, I only know to create packages in Visual Studio, Please tell me how it works in real time..

What is MNC?
What do you mean by 'real time'?
Visual Studio (in the form of BIDS or SSDT) is the primary development environment for SSIS packages.
I think you may have some more reading and learning to do before you can make best use of these forums, which are intended mainly for people who have questions on specific development areas.
If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.
