When I read your posted error log, I see the following error:MSI (s) (14:88) [10:06:28:569]: Product: Microsoft SQL Server Setup Support Files (English) -- Error 1402. Could not open key: UNKNOWN\Components\DA42BC89BF25F5BD0AF18C3B9B1A1EE8\EE3C5F35DE50038499B4052B0F5DF0EC. System error 5. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.
Are you installing using an account with sufficient permissions?
i install using administrator account. and before click the autorun.exe, i click properties and set comptability to windows xp sp 3, and click on the "run as administrator".
