I agree with John's diagnosis.
If you have multiple paths to a component and you want that component to fire when only one of those paths has successfully completed, you need to change the default 'logical and' to a 'logical or'.
If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.
