    I'm sorry, i am running out of suggestions. Maybe someone else can shed some light?

    What if you reset the Mail XP's?

    EXEC sp_configure 'Database Mail XPs', 0

    GO

    RECONFIGURE

    GO

    EXEC sp_configure 'Database Mail XPs', 1

    GO

    RECONFIGURE

    GO
