Ahhh! Thank you so much, Jeff!! I've used crosstab before, but didn't realize that's what that was called. Scary, right? I feel like a kid who drops a perfectly good toy in favor of a shiny new one. Hahaha. This is great and works really well - I appreciate you helping me out. You explained everything so well and thank you for sharing the link to your crosstab/pivot article!
