Apologies for not making it easy. I am inexperienced at posting XML based query plans online. I can rerun the bad query in production but it impacts end users; checking to see if the trace I ran list night had a XML query plan.

Furthermore, I just had SSMS show me the XML query plan and cut/pasted it after substituting server names in order to protect my employer's security. How that can happen? I don't ask to challenge but rather to learn.
