Hi,

Please check following:-

1. Check Eventvwr to get insight of error if any.

2. Check SQL Server Error Log.

3. Check all resources are online and have no issues.

4. Create/Configure Cluster Error Log to check exact issue.

Please check individually on all three server nodes and then post if you saw any error.
