I have no idea if Oracle or SQL pays more. I have never worked with Oracle much. You should focus on the areas of SQL server that you enjoy/are good at. There is no magical "this is the best paying section". Comparing my salary as somebody with many years of experience in the US with a new person in India is not a comparison that is reasonable. I know many people have been successful at moving from India to the US and working as DBAs so yes I would say that is possible. Honestly, I would not try to pursue what pays the most. An Oracle or a SQL Server DBA will earn plenty of money. You should instead focus on the one the YOU like best. If you are passionate about the topic the pay will be secondary to the work. If you enjoy your work you never have to "go to work" anymore. You get to go to a place where you can focus on something you enjoy and get paid having fun all day.

You are correct @sean Lange , i am just asking a common opinion , because ORACLE used in all famous platform , but SQL server only in windows. SO i wanted to know the situation of SQL server used in U.S or GERMANY or U.K , i wanted to know number of companies using SQL server and ORACLE. Which one is used More . Thanks in advance
