Hi,We are looking any Data Security tool for out existing Data for Protection, we would like to do the Data Encryption and Data masking with some user activity reporting.
Anyone know any good tool?
Right now we are looking tool which one has minimal application rewriting or code changes.

Have you looked into the column-level encryption built into SQL Server for data protection?

SQL 2008 has better Audit capabilities. Have you considered upgrading?
Support for 2005 might be waning but you could check out Idera SQL Compliance Manager. It looks like it does most of what you're looking for.
