select stuff(isnull(col1 + '/', '') + isnull(col2 + '/', ''), LEN(isnull(col1 + '/', '') + isnull(col2 + '/', '')), 1, '')
from Table_1

select stuff(isnull('/' + col1, '') + isnull('/' + col2, ''), 1, 1, '')
from Table_1
I like it!!! Turned it around and avoided the whole len check. Great approach.
