Description: Executing the query "BACKUP DATABASE [CPAS] TO DISK = N'D:\Data\MSSQL...." failed with the following error: "Database 'CPAS' is already open and can only have one user at a time.
The database CPAS is in single user mode. Switch it back to multi-user unless there's some specific reason it should be in single user. If it should be in single user mode then you must expect that backups will fail if there's already someone using that database.
