Do you need to set up a ODBC DSN on the machine. My experience is with Progress rather than Teradata but I think it is the same for most .NET and ODBC/JDBC connections.

If you do then you will need to make sure that the correct drivers are installed on the server and that the DSN is also set up there. I have the pleasure of developing in XP 32bit and deploying to W7Server 64bit which generally causes chaos!
