I think you're trying to restore into SQL Server 2008, the database was backed up in SQL Server 2008 R2.

Have a look at the build numbers here:-

http://www.sqlteam.com/article/sql-server-versions

You cannot restore a backup from a more recent version of SQL into an older version.
