1. Please confirm, 'step3', is it really required?

the below command for adding PAE in boot.ini file in windows 2008 enterprise edition 32 bit operating system..

BCDEDIT /SET PAE ForceEnable..

2. Pl. confirm, /3GB swicth applicable as below condition

a. server have < 4GB memory,

b. Does < 4GB not required for PAE?
