Storage replication (i.e. EMC SRDF) would be the easiest way of not worrying about 100 databases individually. Or you could write a custom log shipping routine that takes care of multiple db's at a time. That could be a lot of work, if there are different recovery objectives among all of the databases, meaning some logs get backed up every 15 minutes, some hourly, etc.
