Got into the same problem on my Dev machine. For me the solution was simple,

1. Goto Services.msc

2. Select SQL Server Analysis Services (sql2012) ("Your Instance") -> Properties -> Log On -> Added my Username and Password.

3. Bingo :w00t: Process the cube.
