Sorry, think that a lack of hand-holding training guides is a justification for people cheating? Wow...
The skills measured is listed on the exam site. That's more than enough to take to BoL and study up on, especially if you have the experience that the exam expects.
As for case studies, if there are any in the exam, they'll be more or less the same style as in other MS exams.
