I use the RedGate tools at work and at home, and that works for me.I wish I could use RedGate products outside of work, but unfortunately I don't have the funds to purchase their tools for my personal systems.
My employer paid for it for me. Since I have to work from home periodically, they agreed to that. Goes right along with the VPN connection they provided.
I had to ask for it to get it, but I firmly believe in asking.
